By accessing the Ink & Scale Consultants website at www.inkandscale.com, or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ink & Scale Consultants, a business operating from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Ink & Scale Consultants provides business strategy consulting, digital growth services, and industrial print marketing. Our services include but are not limited to: Business diagnostics and revenue audits. Growth strategy development and roadmap creation. Digital marketing strategy and execution including SEO, performance marketing, and content. Industrial print manufacturing including DTF printing, corporate uniforms, and branded merchandise. Brand identity development and positioning. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement between Ink & Scale Consultants and the client. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such agreement.

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and timely information as reasonably requested. Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines. Ensure that any materials, data, or content you provide to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Designate an authorised point of contact for the engagement. Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Delays caused by failure to fulfil these responsibilities may affect project timelines and deliverables. Ink & Scale Consultants is not liable for such delays.

Our fees are as quoted in our proposals. Fees are subject to change for new engagements but will not change mid-engagement without your written agreement. Payment terms are as specified in each proposal or invoice. Standard payment terms are 50% advance and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise. For ongoing retainer engagements, invoices are issued monthly in advance. Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to suspend work if payment is overdue by more than 15 days. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST, which will be added where applicable.

Work product created by Ink & Scale Consultants specifically for your engagement — including strategy documents, creative assets, and marketing materials — becomes your property upon receipt of full payment. Our pre-existing tools, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and processes remain the property of Ink & Scale Consultants at all times. You receive a licence to use the deliverables we create for you, not our underlying methods. Content published on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and case studies, is the intellectual property of Ink & Scale Consultants. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. We will not disclose your business data, strategies, or proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services using trusted subcontractors who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. We may reference you as a client in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us in writing not to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ink & Scale Consultants and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our consulting or marketing services. Business results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, client execution, and third-party platforms.

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing 30 days written notice to the other. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate an engagement immediately if you breach these terms, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct that is unlawful or harmful to our business or reputation. Upon termination, we will deliver all completed work product for which payment has been received, and will return or securely delete any confidential information you provided.

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. If you have a concern, please contact us at hello@inkandscale.com and we will attempt to resolve it within 14 days. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers, or databases. You must not use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website without our written permission. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our website at our discretion.
